Rough Steps
1. Premix your favorite bread pudding batter
2. Vacuum pack and freeze it
3. Boil it while camping and serve. Great with snow ice cream
Detailed Recipe
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cups cubed day-old bread (white or whole wheat)

Instructions
Prepare the Mixture:
In a vacuum-seal bag, combine eggs, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, raisins, and cinnamon. Seal the bag and gently mix the ingredients together by massaging the bag.
Add in the cubed bread to the bag, making sure the bread is evenly soaked with the mixture.
Freeze the Bag:
Seal the bag tightly using a vacuum sealer. Freeze the bag until you're ready to hit the trail.
Cook the Bread Pudding:
Bring a pot of water to a boil over your camp stove. Once boiling, submerge the vacuum-sealed bag into the water. Cook for 15-20 minutes until warm (depending on how frozen the bag is).
Serve:
Carefully remove the bag from the water, open it, and serve the bread pudding directly from the bag.
