Detailed Recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs (per omelette)
2 tbsp chopped green onions
2-3 tbsp salsa (or more, to taste)
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional garnishing: peppers, mushrooms, cooked bacon or sausage, etc.

Instructions
Prepare the Bag (at home or at camp):
Crack 2 eggs into a Ziploc bag (per omelette).
Add green onions, salsa, cheese, and any other desired ingredients (such as peppers, mushrooms, bacon, or spinach).
Season with salt and pepper.
Seal the Ziploc bag tightly, removing as much air as possible.
Mix the Ingredients:
Gently massage the bag with your hands to mix the ingredients together. Make sure the eggs are fully beaten and everything is well combined.
Boil the Omelette:
Bring a pot of water to a boil over your camp stove.
Once boiling, carefully lower the Ziploc bag into the water.
Boil for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked. You can gently press on the bag to check the consistency of the eggs (they should be firm).
Serve:
Once cooked, carefully remove the bag from the water using tongs or a spoon.
Open the bag, slide the omelette onto a plate, and enjoy your delicious, no-mess omelette!
