1. Put large piece of brie in bag with honey and garlic
2. Vacuum seal to pack, then boil bag to heat up
3. Dip in crackers, bread, or pilot bread and enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 large piece of Brie cheese (about 8 oz)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Crackers, bread, or pilot bread (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brie:

    • Place the large piece of Brie in a vacuum-seal bag.

    • Drizzle honey over the cheese and sprinkle the minced garlic on top.

    • Seal the bag using a vacuum sealer.

  2. Boil the Brie:

    • Bring a pot of water to a boil over your camp stove.

    • Once boiling, submerge the vacuum-sealed bag into the water. Lower the heat and simmer until the Brie is softened and gooey.

  3. Serve:

    • Carefully remove the bag from the water, cut it open, and dip in crackers, bread, or pilot bread.
