Rough Steps

Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice (preferably leftover rice)
1 cup shelf-stable milk (Regular milk works too, but will need to be refrigerated)
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Prepare the Rice:
Add the cooked rice to a pot, or use what's leftover in there.
Pour in the shelf-stable milk until the mixture is slightly soupy.
Simmer the Rice:
Stir in the sugar, raisins, and cinnamon.
Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency.
